More About Kudzu

Kudzu is a fascinating plant with positive attributes that we do not necessarily discuss on our website, especially if they do not relate to Coalition activities. Other websites present in detail the history, characteristics, and uses of kudzu. The menu at the right lists our web pages with links to websites that we find especially interesting or useful, but do not necessarily have anything to do with fighting kudzu.

Thai researcher Thierry Tran provided us very interesting information about kudzu in Asia. It includes Thierry's description and photographs of the apparatus used to extract kudzu starch from roots.

The Coalition visited Kudzu Cow Farm owned by Henry and Edith Edwards, where they harvest kudzu. A web page shows photographs we took during our visit, and discusses their interesting history.

Enjoy!
